Leaves explores the quiet order found within nature, where repeated forms overlap and separate across the frame. What begins as a familiar botanical subject becomes a study of rhythm, structure and variation. Rooted in botanical and nature photography, the image focuses on pattern, texture and the understated visual harmony of the natural world.

The composition is built around the relationship between individual leaves, their edges, surface textures and the spaces that form between them. Repetition gives the photograph a strong visual rhythm, while small differences in form and tone prevent the pattern from becoming uniform. At A2, those relationships become more pronounced, allowing the layered structure and fine natural detail to develop with greater presence.
