Some of my earliest memories are rooted in time spent outdoors—walking through woodland, exploring rugged coastlines and quietly observing wildlife. Those experiences created a lasting connection with nature, one that continues to shape the way I photograph today.
My work aims to capture more than how a place or subject looks. It preserves the atmosphere of being there: the stillness before sunrise, the changing light after a storm and the quiet presence of wildlife in its natural surroundings. I look for moments of light, colour, texture and stillness that give each photograph its own sense of place.
Every artwork begins with an original photograph captured by me, Chris Baguley. I carefully edit each image and prepare it for fine-art production. Chris Baguley is the British fine-art photographer behind Baguley Fine Art Photography. Based in Ipswich, Suffolk, UK, he is inspired by the quiet beauty, changing light and atmosphere of the natural world.
