Deliveries
Baguley Fine Art Photography works with trusted specialist print partners to produce, carefully package and deliver each artwork. Every print is made to order, allowing us to maintain high production standards while reducing unnecessary stock and waste.

Free Cancellation Pre Production: A purchase can be cancelled if the product has not commenced production. There is a 30 minute delay on requests for production post purchase however should a request for cancellation occur post 30 minutes production costs may be charged as products are made to order.

Delivery Timeline: Items are shipped within two working days and are expected to be delivered within five to ten working 10 days.

Returns: In the event that returns are accepted refunds are processed within 14 working days.

Defective Products: If a product is found to have print defects or quality issues, a refund or replacement request must be submitted within the submission time as stated by local consumer laws. Please complete the returns form linked in the button below.

Shipping Costs
Shipping to the UK
Delivery expected between 5-7 working days from order
Shipping Costs are dynamic based on the rate of order as stated below: -
* £10.84 for orders up to £45
* £15.25 for orders between £45 and £70
* £17.95 for orders between £70 and £120
* £36.45 for all orders above £120
Shipping to the EU Countries close to the UK (Ireland, Germany. Netherlands, France and Belgium)
All orders are currently made bespoke in the UK delivery expected between 3-11 working days from order
Shipping Costs are dynamic based on the rate of order as stated below: -
* £17 for orders up to £40
* £23 for orders between £40 and £72
* £35 for orders between £72 and £120
* £45 for all orders above £120

Shipping to the USA and Canada
Shipping charges will need to be applied to ensure we can continue to maintain the highest quality standards for our prints. This approach allows us to preserve the quality of our products while managing delivery costs effectively. Shipping rates will be reviewed regularly to ensure they remain fair and appropriate.

Shipping Costs are dynamic based on the rate of order as stated below: -
*£38 for any order from £70 or less
£51 for any order from £70 and above
Cancellation and Return Rights
Cancellation Rights for Customers outside of Europe
For customers located in countries outside of Europe (e.g. United States/Canada), there is no automatic legal right to cancel or return goods purchased online simply because you have changed your mind.
Custom-Made and Personalised Products
Products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised (including custom sizes, bespoke finishes, personalised designs, or products created using customer-supplied artwork) are manufactured specifically for you.
Once production has commenced, orders for custom-made or personalised products cannot be cancelled, amended, returned, or refunded except where required by applicable law or where the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Standard Products
Unless otherwise required by law, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases.
Where we agree to accept a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Any refund due will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable federal, state, or local law.
