Delivery and Order Information
Baguley Fine Art Photography works with trusted specialist print partners to produce, carefully package and deliver each artwork. Every print is individually made to order, helping to maintain high production standards while reducing unnecessary stock and waste.
UK orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days. Because every artwork is produced to order, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the size, material and production requirements of the print.
If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Changes and Cancellations
Orders are normally held for 30 minutes before being submitted for production. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once production has started, it may not be possible to change the artwork, size or presentation. This production process does not affect any cancellation or return rights that apply to your order. Please refer to the relevant Returns Policy for full details.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Every artwork is carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, has a print-quality issue or is not the item you ordered, please contact us promptly and provide your order number together with clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Shipping Costs
Standard delivery charges vary according to the delivery destination and the print material and size. For some products, the order value also affects the charge. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
United Kingdom
UK delivery is typically expected within 5–10 working days from the date of order.

Launch offer: Complimentary UK delivery is available on orders over £45 until 24 October 2026. Free delivery is applied at checkout.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. Charges are shown in GBP for UK customers and converted to USD for customers in the United States.
