I understand that, where I am exercising my legal right to cancel an eligible order under UK/EU consumer law, or where a return is accepted in accordance with Chris Baguley Photography's Returns Policy, I may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated. Any refund due will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected. This does not affect my statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
