Return and Refund Policy
Chris Baguley Photography uses trusted print on demand companies and the delivery and return policy is designed to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Shipping Costs: Chris Baguley Photography offers dynamic shipping as based below.

Free Cancelation Pre Production: A purchase can be cancelled if the product has not commenced production. There is a 30 minute delay on requests for production post purchase however should a request for cancellation occur post 30 minutes production costs may be charged as products are made to order.

Delivery Timeline: Items are shipped within 7 days and are expected to be delivered within 10 days.

Returns: In the event that returns are accepted refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective, a refund or replacement request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact chrisbaguleyphotography@gmail.com and with the order ID, email address and a brief description and we will look to resolve this issue within one working day.

Products: All products are made to order, and accepting the return of a non-faulty item is at Chris Baguley Photography's discretion. We retain the right to request a return to investigate

Shipping Costs
Shipping to the UK
Delivery expected between 5-7 working days from order
Shipping Costs are dynamic based on the rate of order as stated below: -
* £10.84 for orders up to £45
* £15.25 for orders between £45 and £70
* £17.95 for orders between £70 and £120
* £36.45 for all orders above £120
Shipping to the EU Countries close to the UK (Ireland, Germany. Netherlands, France and Belgium)
All orders are currently made bespoke in the UK delivery expected between 3-11 working days from order
Shipping Costs are dynamic based on the rate of order as stated below: -
* £17 for orders up to £40
* £23 for orders between £40 and £72
* £35 for orders between £72 and £120
* £45 for all orders above £120
Shipping costs to the following EU Countries (Ireland, Germany. Netherlands, France and Belgium) are as follows

Shipping Costs are dynamic based on the rate of order as stated below: -
* £26.75 for orders up to £30
* £35 for orders between £30 and £44.50
* £45 for orders between £44.50 and above
Shipping to the USA and Canada
Due to increasing shipping costs Chris Baguley photography have covered most of the shipping costs but due to ensuring the prints are of the highest quality need to shipping to be charged to maintain this price. This will undergo ongoing reviews.

Shipping Costs are dynamic based on the rate of order as stated below: -
*£38 for any order from £70 or less
£51 for and order from £70 or more
